Isgett Auction Marketing is pleased to offer by online bidding the entire inventory of Gloucester Supply, Inc., owned and operated by the Cook family for over 48 years. This former ACE Hardware store is fully stocked with tens of thousands of items in virtually every hardware store category. Due to the extremely large number of items to be sold, this sale will be conducted in TWO AUCTIONS.
The FIRST AUCTION is open for bidding now and will continue until Sunday, February 23rd with items closing at a rate of two per minute beginning at 5pm. This auction features mechanic, carpenter, woodworker, welding, painting and lawn and garden tools, parts and supplies, as well as electrical lighting, chords, light bulbs and much more.
The SECOND AUCTION will be open for bidding on Sunday, February 16th and closing beginning at 5pm on Sunday, March 9th. This second sale will feature more lawn and garden items as well as 1000’s of plumbing repair items, PVC, CPVC, PEX, iron and copper fittings, Shark Bite repair fittings, electrical cable, breaker panels, switches, outlets, light fixtures, hardware items including hinges, rope, chain, door parts, woodworking supplies, wood & gas stove parts & supplies, and a large inventory of nails, screws, bolts and other fasteners.
TOURS will be held on the following dates for you to inspect the huge inventory in person:
Thursday, February 13th from 3-6pm, Thursday, February 20th from 3-6pm & Saturday, February 22nd from 9am-12 noon. All lots are sold as-is, where-is with all faults. There are no guarantees or warrantees expressed or implied as to condition, functionality or intended use of any item sold. Descriptions of items, including item counts, are provided for general information and are not guaranteed for accuracy. Descriptions and measurements of items are believed by the auctioneer to be accurate, however auctioneer cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or hidden or unknown defects. It is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer to decide for yourself the condition and value of every lot in this auction and bid accordingly.
All Bids and Sales are Final. Payment for items purchased is due immediately after the completion of the online auction and before buyers take possession of any items.
All bids, whether on the online bidding platform, or live in person, are final and constitute a binding legal contract to purchase with the auctioneer. The auctioneer cannot remove or "undo" bids once they have been placed online or received live by the auctioneer. Make sure you are bidding on the item you wish to bid on and the proper amount before placing any bid.
Buyer's Premium and Fees
All sales are subject to a 13% buyer's premium, with a 3% discount for all cash or check purchases. All sales will be charged a 6.3% Virginia sales tax (Gloucester County), unless buyer presents a fully completed Virginia tax exemption form in advance or at time of payment. A Virginia form ST-10 is available below, and may be emailed to the auctioneer in advance to isgett4@gmail.com

Payment and Removal:
All online bidders will receive an emailed invoice notifying them of their winning bids. Payment can be made by credit card through your emailed invoice on our online platform, or paid onsite by cash, credit card or pre-approved local check during the advertised pick up times. Certified funds may be required prior to removal of items for large purchases or out of town buyers, subject to the discretion of the auctioneer.
All items are located at 2384 Hayes Road, Hayes (Gloucester County) VA 23072. All auction items must be picked up on site. There is no shipping or delivery of items purchased offered in this auction. All handling and loading of items is the responsibility of the buyer.
Pickup Times for items purchased will begin on Monday, February 24th at 9am to 4pm and run through Friday, February 28th. Pickup of items must be made by appointment only by calling or texting Tyler Isgett at 804-971-3884. You be given an appointment day and time at that time. Due to the large amount of items in this auction, please DO NOT come for your items without first reserving an appointment time with us.
